Scientific Research Institute – Federal Research Centre for Projects Evaluation and Consulting Services (hereinafter – SRI FRCEC or the Institute) is one of the leading Institutes in the Russian Federation scientific and technological complex. SRI FRCEC provides expert, scientific, methodological, organizational, technical and information support for science, technology and innovation in the Russian Federation.
The Institute was established in 1991 for a state examination in scientific and technical fields and over the years has greatly expanded its functions being subordinate organization of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
SRI FRCEC gained experience in conducting analytical research on the priority directions of scientific and technological complex, involving a wide range of domestic and foreign experts. SRI FRCEC successfully uses mechanisms of examination for innovative project elaborations for customers, as well as the potential of young Russian scientists and leading scientific schools. SRI FRCEC gathers information on innovative results, monitors their implementation and commercialization.
